    The title is good for this book and flipping rgtouhh there's a lot of good stuff in here. But the subtitle says weight-free but there are several exercises that show weights being used or cords and stuff. There's certainly still more than plenty of actual body-weight stuff/weight-free stuff, but just know that a bit of the page count is dedicated toward having stuff in hand. Which is OK because it's all stuff that can easily be stored at home, but worth pointing out. Good purchase I think whether going entirely weight-free or if you're willing to pick up a few pieces of cheap equipment.

    I love the Yoga Sculpt DVD. I appreciate how Kathy goes through the movements slowly so I have time to follow along and don’t have to continually watch the TV screen. And the workout is still challenging!
