    It's been a while since I used my Step so I ordered this DVD to get me going again. It was so funny when the opening scene to the DVD was a girl trying to find her Step! I loved the workout because Kathy not only focused on stepping but she uses your arms in every movement so you don't just get a lower body workout. I was able to follow her steps about 95% of the time the first time I did the DVD which made me feel good. I did all three programs, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Next time I hope to have enough energy to do the body conditioning as well. Great video!
