I have been going to the gym with my aunt. I feel bad if I have to cancel bucaese I don't want to let her down, so I always go! One day I really did not feel like working out but, bucaese I was meeting her there after work, I felt obligated. Once I got home I got a text from her telling me that if I didn't meet her that day she would have just gone home without working out. So we kind of keep each other in check! And in 18 days I have only missed 2 days of working out or walking for 30 min. I have felt really good about myself and I'm proud that I keep going! It really does help to have a buddy! I also have my mom and sister's support with exercise and eating well. We talk to each other about our successes as well as struggles. We encourage each other to keep it up even if we have a bad day! I really think it helps if you have people that are behind you 100%! Good luck to everyone for keeping your weight loss plan going!
